Our Quality Department is responsible of maintaining all records of transactions and customer service, putting the following controls and measurements:
- Monitoring the generated customer agreements and the fulfilling of each one.
- Generation and record of operating procedures.
- Performance measurement for each process.
- Releasing time measurement.
- Generating and sending reports.
All summed up in the following Quality Policy:
